Pricing Structure & Methodology

Our pricing operates on a Cumulative Tiered Basis. This structure ensures that discounted rates are applied progressively: the specific rate for each tier applies strictly to the units falling within that tier's range, rather than the entire order volume. To maximize your value, SKUs within the same Group will be aggregated to determine the applicable pricing tier.

Please note that we reserve the right to adjust our pricing structure to reflect fluctuations in raw material costs, currency exchange rates, and enhancements to our service infrastructure.

Shipping and Logistics

Please note that all listed product prices are exclusive of shipping and handling fees. During checkout, the system will automatically calculate freight charges based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. We act strictly as an intermediary in this process, collecting these fees on behalf of the shipping carriers to facilitate the delivery of your goods.

Third-Party Charges

All other third-party charges, including but not limited to taxes, customs duties, import fees, and bank transaction fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be advised that these fees are not collected, processed, or handled by Award Supply, and must be settled directly by you with the relevant authorities or financial institutions.
